Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning the department to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer expectations
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and maintaining features
  • Keeping the area neat, clean, and organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids
