1. Confirmer que les processus de travail sécuritaire et les procédures d'urgence sont respectés, c.-à-d. les techniques de levage sécuritaire, la propreté du secteur, les évacuations, les codes d'urgence, les vols.
2. Gérer les préoccupations des clients et des associés et donner des conseils, au besoin.
3. Surveiller tous les associés de l'aire des caisses afin d'assurer une bonne couverture, une coordination des pauses et une assistance aux caisses périphériques.
4. Donner une formation aux associés sur les systèmes et les procédures de la Compagnie, c.-à-d. l'exactitude de la lecture, la productivité, les programmes et les initiatives de la Compagnie, les remises, les systèmes SEA, la sécurité.
5. Superviser les transactions d'achat, de retour et d'échange en corrigeant les erreurs, au besoin, fournir les approbations et vérifier les processus pour respecter les lignes directrices de la Compagnie.
6. Vérifier que tous les systèmes SEA fonctionnent normalement, c.-à-d. la désactivation par les caissiers et la gestion appropriée des problèmes par les préposés à l'accueil, et remplir le registre " Défaut de démagnétisation ".
7. Préparer quotidiennement les caisses pour l'ouverture et la fermeture, en fournissant la monnaie aux caissiers au besoin, tout en maintenant les montants d'argent dans l'aire des caisses, et en offrant son soutien aux processus à l'aide de vérifications sur l'exactitude des tiroirs-caisses.
8. Superviser la totalité des initiatives et des programmes de la Compagnie, c.-à-d. les services de carte de crédit, le plan de protection Walmart, les initiatives caritatives ainsi que les programmes de remise, et en faire la promotion.
