Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Improvement Specialist to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent application of planning and improvement tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare services and outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Lead and facilitate project teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in a complex healthcare environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Lean improvement training/certification is an asset
