Kitchen Operations Manager

Boston Pizza is seeking a skilled Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, training and developing kitchen staff, and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and work closely with kitchen staff to achieve our goals
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance kitchen staff skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
