About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Kuehne Nagel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management practices, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform a variety of physically demanding general labor duties, such as manually loading and unloading goods from a trailer, and operate a range of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists, and document any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel, and participate in process-specific training and adhere to all work instructions and guidelines established by Kuehne Nagel.
  • Safety and Security: Follow all company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols, and respect customers, company property, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid license pertaining to material handling equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and safety regulations within the business unit.
