Job Description

Adecco Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and managing stock, as well as driving and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and Packing: Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Warehouse Management: Receive and verify incoming shipments, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move and organize stock.
  • Driver Responsibilities: Drive company vehicles to transport goods and materials, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20kg and perform physical tasks as required, with a valid G License and a clean driving record.
