Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Extox Industries Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and ship products, ensuring that inventory levels are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders, using computerized inventory control systems to optimize productivity.
  • Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Work Environment

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
