Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our Platforms and Technology (P&T) Finance team. This role will support two VPs of Corporate Platforms and Technology, and their direct leadership team, by providing end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis and acting as a trusted business advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts for the Corporate Platforms and Technology unit
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership, including variance drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including compliance with accounting standards and internal audit/controls
  • Perform ad-hoc exercises, such as reviewing business cases and updating financial reporting models
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled and experienced in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with business partners
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
  • Ability to work with and distill large amounts of data into meaningful information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Possesses ability to manage several projects/tasks concurrently
  • Expertise in accounting guidelines and rules

Education and Professional Experience:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Completed or working towards CPA, CFA designations
  • 5 or more years of professional experience in financials, analytics, and accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Powerquery/Powerpivot
  • Proficiency in Hyperion Smartview/Essbase, Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, and Alteryx
