Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at Robertson & Company. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and managing candidates for multiple federal government requirements, primarily in Business Professional and IT roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Identify and source candidates for various federal government requirements using a variety of creative techniques.
    • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments for both active requisitions and potential candidates.
    • Submit shortlisted candidates with comprehensive summaries and prepare them for formal presentations and interviews.
    • Assist the Proposal Writer and Account Manager with candidate submission, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work as part of a small, dynamic recruitment team that includes an Account Manager, Team Lead, and Proposal Writer.
    • Coordinate and assist the sales and delivery team to prepare and submit bids.
  • Database Management:
    • Create detailed notes and assessments for each candidate, ensuring accurate database entries.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure compliance and robust candidate networks.
  • Client and Candidate Relations:
    • Foster strong relationships with candidates and act as their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide candidate feedback and market intelligence to leadership.
    • Attend client meetings as necessary.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple recruitment projects independently and efficiently.
    • Work on special projects and private sector roles in the NCR through our National Accounts practice.
    • Pipeline potential candidates for high-volume roles.
Requirements
  • University Degree (preferred)
  • Third Party Federal government recruitment experience is a must.
  • Ability to be cleared to secret level.
Technical Proficiency
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Word, and Excel.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Research-driven with a keen eye for detail.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet targets.
