About the Role

IBISKA is seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Specialist to join our team as a key contributor. As a dynamic and growing company, we are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and adapt to our culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing IT professionals to fulfill IBISKA contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of IT project requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our Recruiting and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview consultants to ensure alignment with business objectives and efficient processing of candidate information.
  • Analyze candidate profiles to ensure a perfect fit for current requirements.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential consultants across IBISKA's business lines to expand the pool of candidates.
  • Cultivate and nurture reliable relationships with candidates while driving sales efforts.
  • Proactively seek out and qualify potential leads within the federal government, leveraging industry events and conferences.
  • Monitor and stay updated on government policies, initiatives, and budget allocations that impact procurement decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all government procurement processes, including RFP responses.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the Canadian Federal Government sector.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of IT services and/or experience in a customer-facing/customer relationship role.
  • Hold or be eligible for Level II Secret Security Clearance.
  • Reside in the National Capital Region.
