- Customer Service Experience: 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record to meet and exceed goals.
- Passion for Tesla: Passionate about the Tesla Mission and our innovations in the personal transportation industry.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Availability: Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
