Service Coordinator

Inland Truck & Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the effective and efficient operations of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer calls and schedule field service technicians accordingly.
- Perform warranty checks and ensure timely completion of OEM-sponsored modifications or recalls.
- Process time clock edits and post sublets to repair orders daily.
- Keep service department forms, menus, and pricing guides up-to-date.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain completed work and charges to customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Responsible for maintaining records and scheduling maintenance for service trucks.
- Prepare and issue end-of-warranty letters to customers.
- Makes customer follow-up calls and reminders for preventative maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Ability to problem-solve and think logically.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Post-secondary diploma or trade certification an asset.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Functions well in a fast-paced environment with high volume.
