Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in maintaining the fixed asset ledger and performing month-end procedures.
  • Generate and distribute financial statements and perform financial analysis of accounts.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or Accounting Certificate with relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in an accounting environment and using financial software/systems.
  • Ability to apply basic accounting principles and operate office equipment.
  • Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft applications.
  • Strong communication and human relations skills.
