Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Executive to provide effective project/program oversight for Value or Strategic accounts, ensuring the overall success of SAP solutions implementation and customer relationships.

About the Role:

The Delivery Executive will work closely with customers, Services Client Partners, and other partners to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions. This role requires strong program management experience, superior project financials business acumen, and PMP certification. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achieving revenue and margin goals, building trusted relationships with clients, and managing multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the SAP license sales team in closing software deals by providing oversight to implementation planning and estimating.
  • Build credibility and trust with Strategic & Value Account customers during solution support and implementation phases.
  • Manage overall services relationships between customers, partners, and SAP to ensure projects/programs are delivered on-time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities, create long-term value plans with customers, and expand SAP services on accounts.
  • Provide guidance to the SAP project team, including resource strategy, issue and escalation management, project execution, and general information.
  • Support talent and workforce management by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning.
  • Support administrative and cultural excellence by demonstrating behaviors consistent with our values-based culture.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of program management experience in 4+ SAP Software project lifecycles.
  • Experience delivering software in Enterprise Environments (Fortune 100 or larger).
  • Superior project financials business acumen (forecasting, allocated revenue, etc.).
  • PMP Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SAP services sales and delivery experience, including services management experience.
  • ERP implementation leadership experience.
  • Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level.
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations.
  • Demonstrated leadership by example style in managing teams and clients.
