**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience and education in Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent decision-making, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment strategies for patients with common acute illnesses and stable chronic conditions.
  • Build partnerships with individuals, families, and communities to promote health and prevent disease.
  • Participate in continuous improvements through evaluative processes and projects.
  • Collaborate with inter-professional teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP).
  • **Experience:** Three (3) years experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • **Licenses:** Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) and Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C).
  • **Competencies:** Decision making skills, communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
  • **Knowledge and Abilities:** Ability to competently use computers and software applications, and must be well organized and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as RN (NP) in a Primary Health Care setting.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
