As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our retail sales activity in an assigned territory and fostering long-term business relationships with our current and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective customers
- Identify unmet customer needs and develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and equipment to provide expert advice to customers
- Ensure brand awareness within the assigned trade area meets company expectations
- Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of previous sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
