The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Global Entity Services Specialist to join our team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As a member of the Global Entity Services Team, the Global Entity Services Specialist's primary responsibilities will include assisting with maintaining a large portfolio of entities in 40+ jurisdictions and monitoring a central inbox for incoming service requests. This will involve interacting with global team members as well as our clients and their counsel, and ensuring that all entity management tasks are performed in accordance with our service agreements and protocols.

This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;The ideal candidate will have an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes;The individual must also be a self-starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;This role is suited for an individual with a College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration, and 1-2 years' of experience in a professional services environment;Strong written and verbal skills are required;Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred;The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential;Fluency in English is required.

À titre de membre de l'équipe des Services aux entités mondiales, les principales responsabilités de l'administrateur d'entreprise comprennent notamment de prêter assistance pour le maintien d'un vaste portefeuille d'entités dans plus de 40 territoires et de surveiller une boîte de réception centrale où sont acheminées les demandes de services.
