Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales and net margin budgets within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales programs while guiding field sellers on effective sales tactics.

  • Understand market trends to guide the development of services/products, collaborating with merchandising, eCommerce, reporting, and supply chain teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales or business, or equivalent working experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • 5+ years of sales management/leadership experience, with a preference for experience in the Promotional Merchandise Industry.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
