Job Title: Sales Ambassador
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Experience:
- Drive Sales: Utilize our sales data and customer feedback to exceed sales targets and consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Customer Experience: Connect with customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on animal testing, sustainability, and social responsibility, and inspire them to join us in making a positive impact on the world.
- Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits to confidently recommend products to customers.
Team Involvement:
- Development: Utilize our resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance and support the growth of your team.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, actively listen to team members' perspectives, and foster a sense of belonging by promoting teamwork and recognizing each employee's unique contributions.
Operational Excellence:
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work, and actively participate in teamwork to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer's shopping experience and drive sales.
- Stock and Inventory: Utilize our Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales to improve the customer experience.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure you are practicing company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Qualifications:
- Required: Excellent customer service skills, flexibility to adapt to changing situations, knowledge and passion for skincare and natural beauty, and a flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
- Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models, strong problem-solving skills, experience working in a team environment, and experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
