Responsibilities : Oversee sales operations processes and ensure the quality of customer information shared with cross-functional teams: Gather, analyze and share customer information required for new customer creation and credit applications.Modify/update sales hierarchy with master data team.Monitor corrective actions and preventative action plan for customer complaints with Operations and Customer Service teams.Support the training process (creation and delivery) for "lead to order " processes and tools. Coordinate product qualification and testing for customers.Responsible for coordinating the dispatch of sample kits to customers.Update price lists, special agreements and ensure adequate communication with all stakeholders, support the price change process in collaboration with the finance team. Support sales in account planning activities: Collaborate with sales on new opportunities and customer onboarding.Monitor key dates and changes for sales teams: contract, opportunities, sales KPIs, etc.Prepare and share customer dash board using Excel, PowerBI and other tools.Collaborate with sales in the preparation of customer proposals for existing customers and new prospects.Complete customer requests: RFI, RFP, questionnaires, etc. Be responsible for the management of all company activities, organization and implementation of company strategy; Collaborate on business initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, conducting analyses and developing recommendations.
