As a team member, you educate our customers on our products and services, answer questions, and place their orders. You will utilize and maintain multiple software applications including online order guides. You will be a key member of Bunzl's internal team including sales, service, procurement, warehouse & shipping, and management all ensuring our customers' needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide our clients with high-level customer service meeting/exceeding their needs.
  • Enter orders accurately into the system, checking for item accuracy and pricing, which can deviate from the client.
  • Support customers on our online ordering eComm system.
  • Full cycle sales order processing: sales order, credit approval, invoicing, and filing.
  • Complete administrative work, following up with purchasing or getting back to customers, with back orders or special orders.
  • Respond in an efficient and timely manner to inquiries and requests relating to our various products.
  • Provide customers with simple quotes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all promotions.
  • Related duties involving customer service contact, via telephone, email, fax, or regular mail.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, while being proficient and working in a team environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous customer service experience.
  • Proficient in dealing with escalated customer service situations.
  • Proficient verbal and written French and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask with meticulous follow-up and tight deadlines.
  • Solid crisis management, problem-solving, administrative and organizational skills are required.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Fast learner with initiative and a great work attitude.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls, and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based software.

À titre de membre de l'équipe, vous éduquez nos clients au sujet de nos produits et services, répondez à leurs questions et prenez leurs commandes. Responsabilités :
  • Fournir à nos clients un service à la clientèle égal ou supérieur à leurs besoins.

  • Effectuer du travail administratif, faire le suivi avec les achats ou revenir aux clients pour les commandes en suspens ou spéciales.
  • Répondre efficacement et promptement aux questions et aux demandes visant nos divers produits.
  • Donner des prix simples aux clients
  • Se tenir au courant de toutes les promotions.
  • Effectuer des tâches connexes nécessitant des contacts de service à la clientèle par téléphone, par courriel, par télécopieur ou par courrier.
  • Doit être en mesure de travailler avec un minimum de supervision, tout en étant efficace et en travaillant dans un environnement d'équipe
Exigences :
  • Au moins 1 ou 2 ans d'expérience antérieure du service à la clientèle.
  • Efficace pour traiter les situations référées de service à la clientèle.
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression, d'effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et un suivi méticuleux et respecter des délais serrés.
  • Solides aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes, l'administration et l'organisation exigées.
  • Aptitudes de vente consultative.
  • Rapide à apprendre avec une excellente attitude au travail.
