Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong work ethic, the desire to be part of a team, and the skills to advance some of the most exciting Residential and Commercial projects in Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project activities throughout the life cycle, including resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, and budgets.
- Prepare reports on project progress, results achieved, and lessons learned.
- Plan and execute project communications, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information to stakeholders.
- Utilize project management platforms to track project progress and financial commitments.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate communication, and establish healthy working relations with stakeholders.
- Manage contractual obligations, verify subcontractor prequalification, and develop contracts.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to the executive team on project progress and budget.
- Act as primary liaison with owner/client, contractors, municipality, and other project stakeholders.
- Organize project teams, guide them through their efforts, and produce deliverables according to specification.
- Prepare and execute contracts, negotiate revisions, and submit applications to local authorities.
- Completion of an engineering degree or CET diploma.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Ability to read plans/blueprints and specifications for building construction.
- Strong understanding of contract administration.
- Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bluebeam experience is an asset.
- Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized with managing deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
