As a Service Advisor at OpenRoad Auto Group, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, addressing their concerns and writing repair orders.
  • Ensure all repair orders and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently, with customer requests and concerns documented.
  • Process paperwork as jobs are completed, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Review repairs and changes with customers upon vehicle delivery, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist in scheduling customer vehicles for service work, allowing adequate time for repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor work-in-progress to ensure timely completion and notify customers of any delays or additional work required.
  • Use service files to suggest additional repairs or services, estimating costs and completion times.
  • Identify repeat repairs and assign original technicians to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Notify customers of available backorder parts and determine warranty coverage.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a win-win outcome, implementing preventative measures to reduce complaints.
  • Perform walk-around inspections on customer vehicles, noting damage and arranging for alternate transportation as needed.
  • Work to improve dealership CSI and customer satisfaction in accordance with OpenRoad's philosophies and policies.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of automotive equipment and techniques of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized equipment maintenance system.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
