The Sales & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate reflection of sales activity and order invoicing.
- Processing all assigned sales program transactions, including payments, inventory adjustments, shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory controls.
- Coordinating and communicating with internal and external customers to maintain an efficient flow of day-to-day business.
- Investigating inventory outages and other issues that may arise.
- Providing non-sales support to suppliers and external customers, as well as general administrative and customer service support to the Traders and Manager within the Brokerage Department.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education in Business/Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced team environment while providing superior service to internal and external customers.
- A good understanding of general accounting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics AX and JD Edwards is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the forest industry, sales environment, and familiarity with inventory management is a definite asset.
Tolko offers a competitive salary range of $43,500 to $58,000 per year, as well as eligibility for a bonus program, excellent benefits, and access to retirement plans.
