Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize an RF scanner to accurately identify products for customer orders.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock, placing them on pallets, shelves, or conveyor belts according to the necessary route.
  • Operate a riding powered pallet jack and/or forklift to move products efficiently in a productive environment.
  • Verify the accuracy of received orders and scan them into our computer system.
  • Banding products securely to respective pallets using company standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operate machinery to shrink wrap products on pallets.
  • Load orders safely and efficiently.
  • Receive merchandise into the warehouse daily upon delivery.
  • Unload trucks and verify inventory.
  • Record and report discrepancies and/or damages as needed.
Requirements

Competencies and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience operating a gas forklift and electric pallet jack required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing an RF Scanner required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis required.
  • Able to stand, walk, pull, and bend 100% of the day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reading and comprehension skills required.
  • Computer exposure required.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivational skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
