Job Description

As a Head Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to drive studio success
  • Leading, managing, and developing a dynamic team of fitness professionals
  • Recruiting, training, and educating new OTF coaches
  • Handling member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Working with the sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Conducting fitness staff meetings and attending mandatory webinars
  • Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts
  • Understanding the science behind heart-rate focused training programs
