Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assist with responding to and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and selling products as necessary.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
