Are you ready to contribute to building the future in a big way? ATCO Electric is looking for a Construction Planner who is passionate about making a positive impact through their work. You'll collaborate with diverse teams from Project Management, Engineering, Lands/Environment, and more, crafting detailed project plans and ensuring everything runs smoothly from conception to completion.

What You Get to Do:
- Collaborating with multiple teams to support project execution from start to finish.
- Crafting detailed project execution plans, work plans, and various estimates to support Transmission and Large Distribution projects.
- Engaging in site visits to determine construction requirements and restrictions.
- Preparing and developing construction requirements into labor service contracts and maintaining cost breakdowns for complete project scopes.
- Contributing to the continuous development and maintenance of resource forecasts.
- Participating in constructability reviews and applying lessons learned to ensure best construction practices.
- Leading execution readiness review meetings and maintaining construction planning processes.
What You Bring:
- A Technical Diploma in a related field or a Journeyman Powerline Technician or Electrician Certificate.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination and/or construction, with a preference for those familiar with utility-grade substation and/or transmission or distribution lines construction.
- Demonstrated proficiency in complex outage planning and coordination is a plus.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
