Vous serez responsable de l'accueil des invités, de la prise de commandes et de la livraison des aliments et des boissons dans les temps voulus.
Les fonctions et responsabilités essentielles sont :
- Accueillir les invités rapidement et chaleureusement dans la salle à manger ; prendre les commandes des aliments et des boissons de manière efficace en suivant les étapes établies de service.
- Servir les aliments dans les temps voulus avec professionnalisme ; maintenir les normes sécuritaires en matière de manipulation des aliments et d'hygiène.
- Démontrer une compréhension complète des articles du menu et des ingrédients ; conseiller les invités sur les alliages adéquats d'aliments et de boisson sur demande.
- Communiquer directement avec le personnel aux cuisines pour assurer que les commandes sont livrées correctement.
- Répondre aux plaintes ou aux problèmes rapidement ; transmettre les informations ou les plaintes pertinentes directement au superviseur.
- S'assurer que la salle à manger est adéquatement préparée avant et après la période de service ; garder la zone propre et ordonnée.
Compétences requises :
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à bien s'entendre avec les autres.
- Être physiquement en mesure de soulever et transférer des articles lourds et chauds et de se tenir debout pour la majeure partie de la période de travail.
