About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled ERP Developer/IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will split your time between developing and customizing ERP applications and providing hands-on IT support. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand their needs and transform them into technical solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Development & Support: Develop and customize cutting-edge Odoo ERP modules using Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Test, debug, and enhance ERP functionalities to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences that keep everything running smoothly.
  • IT Support: Provide hands-on desktop support to our Windows and Office 365 users, ensuring they're always operating at peak performance.
  • Network Management: Manage Active Directory, troubleshoot firewalls, and maintain the switches, VPNs, and networking infrastructure that keep our operations secure and connected.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Python developer.
  • Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git for version control and Odoo ERP (an asset).
  • Expertise in Office 365 and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, including writing optimized SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of networking, firewall management, and VPN configurations.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
