**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and customize cutting-edge Odoo ERP modules using Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on desktop support to our Windows and Office 365 users, ensuring they're always operating at peak performance.
  • Configure, deploy, migrate, and resolve issues with Windows Servers, PCs, networks, and printers.
  • Manage Active Directory, troubleshoot firewalls, and maintain the switches, VPNs, and networking infrastructure that keep our operations secure and connected.
  • Safeguard our systems by managing backups, anti-virus solutions, and keeping our tech environment secure and resilient.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Python developer.
  • Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git for version control and Odoo ERP (an asset).
  • Expertise in Office 365 and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, including writing optimized SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of networking, firewall management, and VPN configurations.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
