Restaurant Manager

Join our team as a Restaurant Manager and take on the challenge of leading our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance.

Job Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining accurate records of stock, repair, sales, and wastage.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for food preparation, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Establish work schedules and assign duties to staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supervise and check assembly and delivery of trays and trolleys, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Requirements:
  • Completion of Secondary School is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Terms of Employment:
  • Wages: Competitive hourly rate.
  • Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
