Job Title: Food Assembly Supervisor

At World Famous Chicken World, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment:

As a Food Assembly Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work efficiently to meet the demands of our kitchen.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
