Job Title: Food Assembly Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Taste of Lahore Restaurant & Sweets Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. This includes training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
