Diagnostic Imaging Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Diagnostic Imaging Manager to join our team at Lakeridge Health. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Diagnostic Imaging team to achieve high-quality patient care and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Manage daily operations and services of the Diagnostic Imaging department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or Business Administration
  • Master's degree or current enrollment in a Master's program (preferred)
  • Current registration in good standing with a healthcare regulatory college
  • Significant leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment
  • Advanced clinical and administrative skills
  • Lean management, process re-engineering, planning, and implementing experience
