Personal Support Worker

About the Role- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
- Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our residents.
- Support your team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- PSW Program Certificate or Diploma that meets the standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, the National Association of Career Colleges, or the Ontario Community Support Association.
- Passion for providing quality care and a commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work positively with other staff, residents, and families.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
