**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Pinecrest. As a PSW, you will provide direct personal and nursing care to residents, meeting their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

**Requirements:**

* PSW Program Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
