Lead FP&A Manager for Cloud Operations Organization, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, partnering with SVPs and VPs to ensure financial accuracy and meet budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop bottoms-up budgets and forecasts for OPEX of over $350M
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand costs and cost drivers
  • Manage month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build business cases to support software contract renewals and new contracts
  • Oversee analysis of hyperscaler spend for OpenText, providing forecasts and budgets
  • Lead a team of 2 analysts

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A
  • CPA with strong technical accounting skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
