Provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zoning the department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and appealing store environment.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain customer trust.
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and ensuring the department is fully stocked.
  • Following Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
