About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with various procedures, including preparing patients, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II program.
  • Registration with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association or equivalent in other Canadian provinces.
  • At least one year of experience as a Certified Dental Assistant.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software, such as Dentrix.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
