Key Responsibilities
  • Review and organize documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Utilize computer technology to efficiently manage documents and data;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues;
  • Assist with scheduling and bookings, including hotel rooms, conference rooms, and court reporters;
  • Draft letters and other correspondence as required;
  • Prepare and review billable files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Litigation practice group.
Requirements
  • Spoken and written proficiency in English and some understanding of French;
  • 4-5 years of experience working as a litigation legal assistant;
  • Legal Assistant or Paralegal diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution;
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft applications and typing skills;
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management skills.
