We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Self-Checkout Attendant to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Self-Checkout Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized self-service area to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Educate customers on the correct use of self-service options and provide assistance when needed.
  • Promote company sponsor programs and services to our customers.
  • Observe customer activities and provide assistance when needed.
  • Explain self-service interventions and quality checks to customers.
  • Respond to EAS alarms and complete necessary documentation.
  • Notify the Customer Service Manager of technical issues or low cash levels.
  • Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated area.
Minimum Qualifications:
