Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support, including assisting with daily living activities and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and preparing medical reports.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a healthcare aide or unit clerk program preferred.
  • Basic keyboarding skills and proficiency in medical terminology required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
