About the Role

As a Sales Team Member, Contractor Sales, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our backstore and returns process. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience and building your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process product deliveries, maintaining a smooth flow of inventory on store shelves.
  • Schedule deliveries and shipments, ensuring space is available for incoming products.
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of inventory received and related administrative documents.
  • Complete Return to Vendor (RTV) duties and communicate with vendors as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other store teams to resolve merchandise movement and delivery inquiries.
  • Order parts for various products.
  • Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience operating forklift/power equipment, such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
  • Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.
  • Experience in a retail environment dealing with inventory handling and stocking.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily without assistance.
  • Ability to understand and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
