The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment, is a business owner who understands the key levers to drive high performance, and can operationalize and scale those levers.

They dive deep, using excellent analytical and problem solving skills to identify root causes and develop action plans.

The ideal candidate also communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders across various levels in the organization, building strong relationships based on collaboration and trust.

The ideal candidate also has the ability to stay focused when working autonomously.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the longterm road map for improving business results
  • Develop and utilize data inputs and KPI's to inform operational adjustments and longterm technical solutions.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives
  • Make difficult resource tradeoffs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
  • Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands.
  • Work closely with the business to understand daytoday opportunities and pain points, and implement short term and long term solves
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • MBA, or Master's degree
