WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Mydoh is seeking to change the financial landscape for kids and teens. At Mydoh, we understand the importance of financial literacy and believe that developing good money habits should start early – our product gives children the opportunity to learn money management first-hand and build confidence in their financial skills.


To support our mission, we are looking to hire a Product Manager, Platform with a strong understanding of how to build scalable products with high speed, quality, and performance. The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering teams to scale the existing infrastructure and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to effectively understand business needs and expand the core services.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Build core products our users need to develop good money habits.
  • ​​Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, security, banking partners, and other cross-functional partners to prioritize work based on impact and drive strong execution.
  • Drive the execution of high-level product roadmaps into features and product delivery.
  • Deliver high-value features that are differentiated and sequenced to ensure the highest value to our users and stakeholders.
  • Establish metrics and processes to monitor product performance, identify trends and recommend initiatives to leverage opportunities.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • 3+ years of working experience in banking, payments or FinTech, within a product management role.
  • Extensive experience developing use cases, epics, and stories in a clear and concise manner, enabling the engineering team to deliver maximum productivity and value.
  • Experience maintaining and prioritizing the backlog in accordance with business and technology drivers.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done.
  • You are analytical, with experience in problem solving, data analysis, critical thinking and decision making.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working on complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience providing feedback and inputs in technical and architectural design.
  • Ability to distill technical concepts to business users and vice versa.
