You as a Proposal Coordinator will:
- Be accountable for all aspects of proposal management for assigned pursuit submissions. This will involve working with project directors, technical content leads, and subject matter experts to ensure that the proposal process, design, content, and relationships are effectively managed on assigned pursuits.
- Lead status and review meetings to ensure pursuit teams are informed about the latest proposal requirements and on schedule with their assigned contributions.
- Manage the design and presentation of proposal content and packaging to ensure visual clarity and consistency with brand standards.
- Manage the administration, document control, content review, and final production for all proposal response requirements.
- Work with the Pursuit Marketing department to lead content and resource databases that provide value to marketing and business development initiatives.
Is this role right for you?
- You have two to five years of experience in managing proposals or marketing packages.
- You have a degree or diploma in commerce/marketing/communications, or a background in marketing, communication, graphic design, or administration.
- You have strong process skills involving the efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of complex projects under challenging timelines.
- You have strong writing and proofreading skills. You pay particular attention to copywriting, editing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- You have a strong design sensibility and pay particular attention to the visual clarity and consistency of information.
- You are well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (particularly InDesign).
