Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Hatch. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal team in producing winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the proposal preparation and submission process for small and medium-scale pursuits.
- Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings and facilitate ongoing proposal coordination meetings.
- Develop proposal outlines, draft standard proposal sections, and format documents.
- Ensure RFP compliance and provide quality control by facilitating reviews.
- Coordinate the insertion of technical content, update CVs, and customize proposal information.
- Manage and maintain the proposal database, files, and systems.
- Communicate with proposal participants to track tasks against the schedule.
- Support clarifications and post-bid submission requirements.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of proposal development experience, including at least 1 year as a proposal coordinator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite software and SharePoint knowledge are assets.
- Working knowledge of the engineering, procurement, and construction management consulting industry is highly desired.
