Key Responsibilities:- Zoning the department to ensure efficient operations.
- Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and safe shopping environment.
- Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and confusion.
- Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
- Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
- Ensuring the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business.
- Following Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of salesfloor operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The following qualifications are preferred for this position:
- Previous experience in customer service or salesfloor operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
