Job Title: Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients in senior living facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing procedures based on sound nursing practice principles
  • Administer medications and document patient care in accordance with quality management and legislative requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid Bachelor of Science - Nursing or Equivalent degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care as an RN
